Message	hey guys, remember my "reckless by speeding" ticket I posted last week. Well I went to court with my lawyer and it got reduced to speeding!! BUT, I wasn't the one speeding...A SUV similiar to mine passed on that dark, hilly, windy, rainy, foggy road! They took the officers word for it. Fuck that bitch. They were like "since you never had speeding before as it shows on your record will just give ya a speeding ticket" -4 points on my record and $226 fine with court fee!!! This is fucked up... So basically, a cop can pull anyone over, anytime, issue a ticket to them even when they did absolutley nothing. They will go to court and lose! I should have taken advice of some you guys and gone to court alone, instead of paying that damn lawyer a fortune for nothing. But that damn reckless shit got me scared. It's bull shit, reckless carries the same charge as DUI! I could have chromed the rims on my Z for the money spent on the lawyer alone.
